What's a powder bulk loader?

The powder bulk loader is designed and developed by Darko. It incorporates successful experiences from both domestic and international sources. This specialized equipment is suitable for loading and unloading powdery materials from silos, towers, and hoppers. It can load materials onto trains, trucks, and ships, adapting to various loading requirements.

Equipped with automatic fullness indication and control devices, it also features a dust-containing gas interface. This helps eliminate issues related to material overflow and dust dispersion during the loading process.

 

Structure

The powder bulk loader features excellent sealing performance. It effectively prevents dry powder materials from leaking during the loading process. This helps avoid environmental impact. Additionally, it has high dust prevention capabilities. It significantly reduces dust generation and dispersion during bulk operations. This helps protect workers and the environment.

The material flows into the material tank through the unloading pipe by its own weight. The dust between the unloading pipe and the dust suction pipe is discharged into the dust collection bag or ash bin by the dust suction fan. The unloading pipe and the dust suction pipe are telescopic tubes. Operators can lower and raise these tubes. The winch transmission system enables the lifting and lowering of the bulk head. It includes a safety control device and a loose rope mechanism. The lowering head features a rubber lining and seals tightly with the tanker. It has a double-cone structure. The unloading port automatically closes after lifting. The material level meter uses a high-quality imported solid tuning fork limit switch. This switch is sensitive, accurate, and reliable.

Operation & Precautions

  1. During operation, be sure to align the bulk head discharge pipe with the tank mouth, otherwise an overflow accident may occur.
  2. When loading, a huge amount of dust suddenly occurs, indicating that the discharge is not smooth. You should stop discharging immediately and do not lift the bulk head immediately.
  3. When the bulk head drops, the steel rope becomes loose. Operators must stop the hoist to prevent the steel rope from becoming too loose. This can cause an accident. Therefore, they should pay attention during operation.
  4.  When loading, operators must monitor the material level meter. If the meter does not send a signal when the filling time is reached, they must stop the material immediately. Then, they should raise the bulk head. If the material is full, it indicates that the material level meter control has failed. They should repair it immediately.
  5. During the loading process, if material overflow occurs, operators should stop unloading immediately. They must not lift the bulk head when it is full of materials. They should remove the dust cover of the vacuum pipe and drain the accumulated materials before lifting the bulk head.
  6. If the following material tube is not flexible in expansion and contraction, it can be made flexible by adjusting the length of the wire rope.
