Product Description

The single pulse dust collector is specifically designed for ash removal from the roofs, bottom belt conveyors, and local dust sources in cement plants. It can also be used for powder collection in other industries. A single pulse filter features a small size, large air volume, compact structure, and is convenient and reliable to use.

 

The basic structure of a single pulse filter consists of a collection box, a centrifugal fan, filter bags (or cartridges) and a microcontroller. Ash is drawn into the collection box through the suction pipe by the negative pressure generated by the fan. Utilizing gravity and the upward airflow, larger ash particles are first filtered and directly enter the box. Particulate ash is collected on the outer surface of the filter collector, while clean air is filtered, decomposed, and purified through the filter core before being released into the clean room through the fan outlet. The entire filtration process results from the combined effects of gravity, inertia, collision, electrostatic adsorption, and mesh filtration.
