The cement loading chute is an automated or semi-automated shipping device specifically designed for bulk cement. It connects cement silos with bulk cement transport vehicles. Depending on the unloading method and the type of transport equipment, cement bulk loaders can be categorized into bottom silo bulk loaders and side silo bulk loaders, as well as specialized equipment for different transport vehicles.

Cement Loading Chute Structure
The main structure of the cement bulk loader includes the transmission bracket, winch mechanism, drive device, rope release mechanism, channel steel base, material level gauge, dust suction fan, discharge pipe, suction pipe, and bulkhead. Materials flow into the tank via the discharge pipe, while dust between the discharge and suction pipes is removed by the dust suction fan into a dust bag or ash silo. Both pipes are retractable, with their movement controlled by the winch system and safety device.
Operation of Cement Loading Chute
During operation, when the transport vehicle is in position, the corresponding rod valves are opened. Pressing the “down” button on the control panel disconnects power to the lifting motor once the discharge head reaches position. Pressing the “loading” button activates the unloading state and auxiliary equipment. Dust generated during unloading is purified through the feed hopper and enters the dust collector via the retractable suction hose.
When the discharge head is full, it rises and an alarm sounds, with the rise distance set before loading. Loading continues during ascent, and when full, the process repeats. To stop unloading, press the stop button to reverse the electric vibrator or close the fan valve. After stopping, press the “up” button to move the discharge hopper away, allowing the transport vehicle to shift and align with the second unloading station. This continues until the entire silo is full.
