Product Description

The loading chute for aggregate is a special equipment for loading granular materials such as clinker, aggregate , limestone , etc. It is designed and manufactured based on the surveying and mapping of equipment imported from Germany and localized improvements.
It has been successfully used in domestic cement clinker , aggregate Materials , building materials , metallurgy , coal , mining , chemicals , grain and other industries. Construction

The loading chute for aggregate is composed of rod gate, electric (gas) fan gate, connecting pipe, telescopic discharge device, winding device, material level meter, dust collection hose, frame and control system, etc. The telescopic discharge pipe is made of high-quality steel plate with wear-resistant plate and long service life.

This  loading chute has the characteristics of reasonable structural design. It is simple to operate and maintain. The unloading expansion pipe is made of high-quality steel plate. The parts in direct contact with the material flow are treated with appropriate anti-wear technology. This makes them wear-resistant and durable. It has a long service life. Additionally, there is no dust pollution during the unloading process. This makes it ideal equipment for loading bulk materials.

Precautions points

  1. Before using the loading chute for aggregate, the gearbox must be lubricated to the appropriate level. After one month of operation, replace the oil with new oil, and then change the oil once a year thereafter.
  2. The stroke switches of the upper and lower limit devices should be regularly checked and replaced. If they fail, they must be replaced promptly to avoid damage to the device and equipment.
  3. The steel wire rope for the pulley should be inspected regularly, and any damage should be replaced immediately.
  4. The retractable dust collection hose may be damaged due to aging or contact with sharp objects, so it should be replaced regularly. Any damaged areas should be promptly repaired to avoid affecting the dust collection effectiveness.
  5. The cylinder solenoid valve should be regularly checked to prevent failure, which could cause unnecessary losses.
  6. The steel inner sleeve may thin out due to the grinding of materials during loading. Users should replace it regularly based on the grinding characteristics of the materials to avoid excessive wear and deformation that could damage the equipment.
  7. The bulk system should operate under negative pressure during the loading process, ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of the dust collection equipment.
  8. Regularly check the micro-motion device at the discharge head to ensure the balance of the discharge hopper.
