Single Pulse Dust Collector

Single Pulse Dust Collector is a small bag type dust collector, with its own system fan, pulse jet ash cleaning method, with good ash cleaning effect, small resistance, long filter bag life, easy maintenance, stable operation.

Product Description

The single pulse dust collector is specifically designed for dust removal from the roofs, bottom belt conveyors, and local dust sources in cement plants. It can also be used for dust collection in other industries. A single pulse filter features a small size, large air volume, compact structure, and is convenient and reliable to use.

The basic structure of a single pulse filter consists of a collection box, a centrifugal fan, filter bags (or cartridges), a dust collector, and a microcontroller. Dust is drawn into the dust collector box through the suction pipe by the negative pressure generated by the fan. Utilizing gravity and the upward airflow, larger dust particles are first filtered and directly enter the dust collector. Particulate dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter collector, while clean air is filtered, decomposed, and purified through the filter core before being released into the clean room through the fan outlet. The entire dust filtration process results from the combined effects of gravity, inertia, collision, electrostatic adsorption, and mesh filtration.
