Three way diverter valve

The three way diverter valve also features a simple structure, convenient operation, and good sealing performance. It is suitable for various fluids, such as gases, liquids, and powders, as well as for different working environments, including high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive conditions. Darko's three way diverter valves are widely used in multiple industries, including chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and wastewater treatment.

Product Description

The three way diverter valve is mainly used for discharging and diverting materials at the bottom of cement silo.

Structure characteristic

The three way diverter valve is welded with high-quality steel plates and equipped with different actuators according to different needs. It has the characteristics of lightness and wear resistance, clear opening instructions, convenient switching, and flexible operation.

It is a positive Three-way slide, and its driving modes are divided into: S manual, D electric, Z automatic, Q pneumatic, Y electro-hydraulic.

Transportation and protection

  • Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.
  • Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.
  • Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.
  • The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

Maintenance and examination

  • Examine the operating condition of driving part regularly.
  • Replace the lubrication of actuator reducer, lubricating grease of electric draw stem and motor oil of electric hydraulic draw stem regularly.
  • Examine the seal condition of rotate axle regularly. Replace or add graphite stuffing if there is mistake.
  • Examine the plunger joint ring of electric hydraulic draw stem and pneumatic draw stem in order to ensure the normal operation of transmission device.
